Site Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Coordinator to join our dynamic workforce in Barnsley.
About the RoleAs a Site Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our on-site recruitment services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a multi-national company that values its employees and strives to deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate daily operations on site, including staff check-in and management of weekend on-call rotas.
- Work closely with the Account Manager to achieve business objectives and provide excellent customer service.
- Attend planning meetings and team briefs to stay informed about company developments and goals.
- Update CRM systems to ensure accurate data and efficient record-keeping.
- Register and vet candidates to meet the needs of our clients.
- Deliver inductions on site and arrange extra staff and replacements as required.
- Flexible attitude and strong work ethic.
- Quick learner with excellent oral communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- A competitive salary between £24,000 - £26,000 (dependent on experience) with opportunities for career progression.
