Turning Point UK invites applications for the position of Supported Living Programme Coordinator. The successful candidate will have a strong background in supported living services and experience in managing teams. As the Programme Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality services are delivered consistently across our services in Barnsley and Sheffield. You will work closely with the management team to develop and implement support plans, manage staff teams, and meet financial and business targets.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for supported living services to join our team and make a meaningful contribution. As the Programme Coordinator, you will be required to participate in an on-call rota and have a full driving license and access to a car. If you have a proven track record of supporting and empowering people to live more independently in their community, we encourage you to apply.

Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary range of £48,000 - £58,000 per annum, based on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including training and development opportunities.
