Living Support Services Coordinator

We're currently seeking a Living Support Services Coordinator to join our team at Turning Point. As a key member of our operations team, you'll be responsible for coordinating the delivery of high-quality support services to individuals with learning disabilities in Barnsley and Sheffield.
Your primary focus will be on supporting our service users to live independently in their community, while also meeting financial and business targets. To achieve this, you'll work closely with our service users, their families, and other professionals to develop and maintain support plans that cater to their unique needs.
A strong understanding of CQC regulations and experience working with individuals who have complex health and mental health issues are essential for this role. If you're a motivated and organized individual with a passion for delivering high-quality support services, we encourage you to apply.
