Service Lead for Supported Living in Barnsley

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per annum

We are recruiting a skilled Service Lead to oversee a Supported Living service in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, focusing on the needs of adults with learning disabilities and autism.

About the Job:
  1. Manage and direct teams to develop and implement tailored support plans that align with individual goals and aspirations.
  2. Oversee quality management and auditing, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
  3. Collaborate with the Operations and Development Manager to achieve financial planning and budgetary control.
  4. Develop and maintain good local market knowledge, identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and reputation.
About You:
  • Existing Deputy Manager or Service Manager with experience in Supported Living or Residential settings.
  • Proven track record in working at a supervisory level in care or support settings.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and empower teams.
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations and principles.
