Child and Family Support Manager

This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated individual to become a Team Leader at our Family Assessment Centre in Barnsley.
Main Duties:- Providing intensive and round-the-clock support to families facing complex challenges
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance parenting skills and promote child well-being
- Collaborating with colleagues to ensure the safety and protection of children and vulnerable adults
- Fostering a positive and supportive team environment through mentoring and coaching
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A recognized qualification in Children and Young People's Workforce (e.g., Level 3 Diploma)
- Experience in a leadership or management capacity, with a focus on supporting vulnerable populations
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to adapt to changing circumstances and prioritize tasks effectively
As a member of our team, you can expect:
- A salary range of £29,720 to £37,852.80 per annum, or £13.25-£17.16 inclusive of 4 sleep-ins per month
