Child Welfare Advocate

We are looking for a highly skilled and dedicated Child Welfare Advocate to join our Children & Young People's Team in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a similar role and be able to demonstrate their expertise in working with vulnerable children and families.
As a Child Welfare Advocate, you will work in partnership with families and other agencies to promote positive outcomes for children and young people. You will engage in regular supervision and receive ongoing training and development opportunities to ensure that your practice remains up-to-date and effective.
Responsibilities:- Develop and implement effective support plans that promote positive outcomes for children and young people.
- Work collaboratively with families and other agencies to ensure that the needs of the child are met.
- Engage in regular supervision and receive ongoing training and development opportunities.
We offer a competitive salary of up to £44,464 dependent on experience, plus a £3000 welcome payment, as well as a range of benefits including flexible working arrangements, strong commitment to continuous professional development, and health and wellbeing support.
