Job Description:
As a Child Development Manager with Social Personnel, you will lead our short break team in providing safe and enjoyable experiences for children. You will work closely with internal practitioners to develop and implement projects, ensuring quality assurance and best practices. Your professional supervision, coaching, and mentoring skills will be invaluable in supporting staff growth and development.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Professional qualification at Level 3 in a related discipline.
- Substantial post-qualifying experience working with children and families.
- Experience managing staff and financial resources in a high-pressured environment.
