Workspace Reception Team Lead

Central London's prestigious offices require a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Support Coordinator to lead the guest services reception team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a reception team leader, and demonstrate a strong ability to multitask.
This key role involves overseeing the booking and setup of meeting rooms, taking the lead on event organisation, collaborating with internal stakeholders to meet their needs, and partnering with outsourced catering organisations to craft unique menus for events.

The salary for this role is an estimated £38,000 plus benefits, reflecting the company's commitment to providing a competitive compensation package.
