Reception Team Lead
A distinguished law firm located in Central London is seeking a skilled Reception Team Lead to provide exceptional customer service and facilities support for internal and external stakeholders.
This role involves overseeing the reception team, ensuring guests are welcomed into the building. You will also take the lead on event organisation, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and events run smoothly.
Main duties and responsibilities:
- Providing Immaculate Service to Colleagues, Clients and Guests
- Ensuring All Meeting Rooms are Fully Equipped and Appropriately Set Up
- Furniture Warden Duties and Site Inductions
- Issuing ID and Access Badges
- Maintaining Working Areas within the Office to the Highest Standards
- Liaising Efficiently with the Facilities and IT Team
- Completing Daily Handovers and Reports
- Flexibility to Carry Out Any Other Tasks Required
- Handling Enquiries via All Channels of Communication
- Awareness of Health and Safety and Security Procedures
- Keeping Accurate Records of All Checks
The ideal candidate should have at least 2-3 years of experience as a reception team leader, with expertise in using Microsoft Office packages and strong communication skills.

Estimated Salary: £38,000 plus benefits
