Consultant for Customer Experience

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Consultant to join our team at Skipton Building Society. As a key member of our branch team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their objectives. You will also be responsible for educating customers on our products and services, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements
