Customer Experience Coordinator

As a Shift Leader, your primary responsibility will be to manage and motivate a team of retail staff, ensuring that they deliver exceptional customer service and achieve business objectives. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and developing a high-performing team, providing coaching, guidance, and support to ensure excellent customer service
- Developing and implementing effective strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and increase operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement
- Maintaining a clean, well-organized store environment, adhering to health and safety standards
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field
- At least 2 years of experience in retail operations, team management, or a related field
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- A proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and increasing operational efficiency
