Railway Transport Operative

We are seeking a skilled Railway Transport Operative to join our team at Dynamic Resourcing. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent driving skills.
About the Role:
This role involves operating and driving buses in and out of the depot, as well as across the street to the bus yard. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Driving buses through the depot and parking according to the parking plan.
- Maintaining company standards and ensuring all records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Completing associated paperwork.
- Understanding and complying with all company and statutory regulations related to hours of work, health & safety, and working practices.
- Avoiding accidents and maintaining a safe working environment.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you must possess:
- Flexibility in your work schedule.
- A full UK Driving Licence.
The ideal candidate will be able to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities while maintaining a professional attitude. On-the-job training can be provided to ensure your success in this position.
Salary and Benefits:
You will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £12.50-£13.00, depending on your experience. You will also receive paid weekly compensation, making this a great opportunity for those looking for a stable income. This could potentially lead to a permanent position within the company.
Working Hours:
You will be required to work from 7:00pm to 3:00am, Monday to Sunday, with five days per week commitment.
