Transport Operations Manager

About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Enforcement and Compliance Specialist. As part of our Transport for London (TfL) network, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and security of our transport services.
Job Description:
- Carry out enforcement and compliance activities across TfL's network, including London buses, London Underground, Trams, Ferry Services, and Taxi & Private Hire.
- Conduct routine patrols of the TfL network and respond to incidents under the guidance of the CPOS Resource & Deployment Centre.
- Report safety concerns and breaches, taking positive action to reduce and mitigate risks.
- Identify potential compliance and enforcement issues, submitting relevant intelligence reports.
- Use delegated authority activities, such as Community Safety Accreditation Scheme (CSAS), Railway Safety Accreditation Scheme (RSAS), and byelaw enforcement.
- Attend court to provide evidence when required and training provided.
- Be competent in the use of mobile devices and computers.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and problem-solving skills. You must also be able to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a commitment to customer service and public safety.
What We Offer
- A competitive salary of £21,430 per annum, rising to £24,330 after 1 year, plus a non-consolidated shift allowance of up to 15%.

Requirements
- Be 18 years old or over and eligible to work in the UK.
- Hold a valid driving licence.
- Pass a Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check, employment referencing, advanced medical screening, and a drug & alcohol test.
