Railway Operations Manager

Advanced Resource Managers is working with the UK's leading railway company to recruit a Railway Operations Manager for their team based in Paddington, London.
This permanent role will see you lead a small team providing signalling maintenance on the railway in the South West. Your key responsibility will be to ensure safe working practices for your team and provide day-to-day support and guidance.
You will report to a manager who will oversee general team management duties, reviews, etc. This position would suit someone looking to progress or looking to rejoin as a Team Leader.
The salary for this position is £53,824 as a starting salary, but with overtime, shift allowances and on-call payments, this will be much more than this base. You can also expect a range of benefits including a generous pension scheme, annual leave and more.
To be successful in this role, you will need significant experience of working as a Signalling/ SMTH maintenance worker, hold valid PTS and other track tickets such as COSS, etc., and hold a full UK driving licence. An SMTH qualification and IRSE licence are also essential requirements.
