About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join Transport for London as an Infrastructure Maintenance Delivery Works Manager. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering safe, compliant, and quality infrastructure maintenance and renewal works across the Elizabeth Line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading a team of Maintenance Delivery Supervisors and Maintenance Technicians to deliver works in accordance with RFLI standards, processes, procedures, and performance specifications.
  • Ensuring that competences and training remain compliant within the RFLI MyKnow System.
  • Serving as the primary liaison with RFLI Operations colleagues to ensure operational requirements align with maintenance planned and reactive works.
Requirements
  • Qualified in Technical, Construction, Managerial, Project Management, Rail industry, or Safety associated field within an asset or infrastructure management environment.
  • Tangible experience in the management of railway infrastructure work.
  • General knowledge of railway operational safety requirements.
What We Offer
  • A competitive salary range of £55,300 - £66,500 (dependent on experience).
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including final salary pension scheme, free travel on the TfL network, and reimbursement of 75% of the cost of a standard class ticket for National Rail travel from home.
  • An attractive annual leave entitlement of 266 hours, including the usual 8 recognised public and bank holidays.
