Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced HR Generalist to join our team at ENS Recruitment Ltd. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing HR support to our clients and ensuring that all HR-related activities are carried out in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Recruitment and Onboarding:
  • Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
  • Manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including creating job descriptions, advertising job openings, and conducting interviews.
  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing offer letters, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed.
Employee Engagement and Relations:
  • Develop and implement employee engagement strategies to improve morale and productivity.
  • Manage employee relations, including investigating and resolving conflicts, providing guidance on company policies and procedures, and ensuring that all employees are treated fairly and consistently.
HR Administration:
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including maintaining employee records, processing payroll, and ensuring that all HR-related paperwork is up to date.
  • Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Training and Development:
  • Develop and implement training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.
  • Work with employees to identify training needs and develop plans to address those needs.
Miscellaneous:
  • Perform other HR-related duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR, preferably in a recruitment or business partner role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of organizational and time management skills.
