Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary contact for all HR-related inquiries within the organization.
  • Handle employee relations casework, including investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
  • Oversee recruitment processes, which involve scheduling interviews, evaluating candidates, and coordinating with external partners.
  • Ensure the accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and personal information.
  • Draft and prepare offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding materials.
  • Design and implement induction plans for new hires.
  • Collect and verify references for potential employees.
  • Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including event planning and charity activities.
  • Administer employee benefits and maintain related records.

Candidates must possess previous experience in an advisory capacity with a generalist HR background, particularly in employee relations. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously is essential.

This role requires candidates to be readily available for immediate engagement.
