About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled and empathetic Customer Service Representative to join our team at Nuffield Health Bournemouth Hospital. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to patients, visitors, and colleagues, ensuring a positive and respectful experience.
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional and timely manner, responding to queries and resolving issues efficiently.
  • Operate the hospital's reception desk, greeting patients, directing them to the appropriate areas, and handling administrative tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the department, providing support and assistance as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records and documentation, including clinical paperwork, referral forms, and charge sheets.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, visitors, and colleagues.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, remaining calm and composed under pressure.
  • Basic IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
