**Job Summary**

Ultimate Banking is seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Provide telephone and administrative support to new and existing customers, promoting our savings and mortgage products.
  • Process various tasks, including payments, closures, withdrawals, new accounts, deaths, Power of Attorney registrations, bond maturities, and online transactions.
  • Work closely with customers to resolve issues and provide technical support as needed.
  • Identify and support vulnerable customers, using effective listening and questioning skills to detect potential issues and provide reassurance and support.
  • Meet the demands of the department by maintaining a 'right first time' attitude, being a multi-tasker with a confident approach, and possessing strong customer service skills.

**Requirements**

  • Track record in an administrative environment.
  • Good PC skills, including word and excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to work towards a Certificate in Retail Banking Certificate or CeMAP.

**Desirable Qualifications**

  • Knowledge of Money Laundering legislation and data protection.
  • Certificate in Retail Banking Certificate or CeMAP.
  • Previous mortgage and savings experience.
