Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Client Adviser at Wheelchair Transport Service, Inc.

About the Role

As a Client Adviser, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our business partners and brokers. You will work collaboratively with our team to build close professional relationships and support the servicing needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Provide timely and effective support to our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our business partners and brokers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, including sales, marketing, and operations teams, to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements

  • Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a business-to-business environment.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficient in using computer software and systems, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
