Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing personalized care to patients, ensuring their comfort, dignity, and well-being throughout their stay with us. This includes:
- Providing personal care to patients, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting.
- Supporting patients with mobility issues, including mobilizing them to the toilet or commode.
- Assisting with wound care, catheterization, and stoma management.
- Monitoring patients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the nursing staff.
Key Responsibilities
As a Health Care Support Worker, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing holistic care to patients, addressing their physical, emotional, and social needs.
- Working collaboratively with the nursing staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participating in handovers and shift reports to ensure seamless patient care.
- Maintaining accurate records of patient care and activities.
