Consultant Psychiatrist in Community Mental Health

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Consultant Psychiatrist to join our team at Kent & Medway NHS & Social Care Partnership Trust. As a Consultant Psychiatrist, you will play a vital role in providing mental health and learning disability services to our diverse population.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality mental health and learning disability services to patients
- Lead and manage a team of healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement effective treatment plans
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
- Participate in medical leadership and contribute to the development of our services
Requirements:
- MBBS or equivalent medical qualification
- Fully registered with the GMC with a licence to practise at the time of appointment
- Excellent knowledge in psychiatry
- Excellent clinical skills using bio-psycho-social perspective and wide medical knowledge
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- Able to manage clinical complexity and uncertainty
- Makes decisions based on evidence and experience including the contribution of others
- Able to meet duties under MHA and MCA
