Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Home Recovery Companion to join our team at Optalis Limited. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals in their own homes, enabling them to regain their independence and live fulfilling lives.

About the Role

  • To provide personalized support and care to residents of RBWM in their own homes, focusing on rebuilding confidence and promoting independence.
  • To work collaboratively with the therapy team/service coordinators and duty officers to develop and implement rehabilitation plans that meet the unique needs of each service user.
  • To maintain accurate records of service user progress and communicate effectively with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • To use initiative and decision-making skills to identify opportunities for improving care and support services and implement changes as needed.

Requirements

  • A full UK driving license is essential for this role.
  • Willingness to undertake a Care Certificate.

The salary for this position is estimated to be around £22,000 - £26,000 per annum, depending on experience. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact in people's lives, we encourage you to apply.
