**What we offer our Care Assistants**:

- High pay rates - £11.20 (£12.55 inclusive of holiday pay) per hour weekday and £13.00(£14.57 inclusive of holiday pay) per hour Saturday and £13.50 (£15.13 inc holiday pay) with double time on bank holidays (maximum £27 per hour) and guaranteed hours available.
- Travel is paid at an amazing 40p per mile

**The Role**

Our Care and Support Companions typically spend 1 hour visiting each of our private clients who range from their early 60’s up to 102 years old and live in their own homes across Maidenhead, Windsor, Slough and surrounding areas.

Duties differ from visit to visit. Many clients just need a little help getting their meals prepared or keeping on top of basic housework, gardening or going to the shops. Whilst a few require varying levels of personal care or medication support. One task that will be ever present is the ability to make a good cup of tea and have a friendly chat.

**Requirements of a Care Assistant**:

- Be available for early mornings/evenings and weekends
- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving license and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude

We require live in carers in the following areas
- Henley, Maidenhead, Cookham, Burnham, Slough, Langley, Windsor, Old Windsor, Datchet, Ascot and Marlow.
