We're seeking a dedicated Care Professional to join our team at Bramerton, a residential care home supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our residents.

Bramerton is a large, detached house situated in extensive gardens, providing a tranquil and supportive environment for our residents to thrive. As a Care Professional, you'll be part of a close-knit community that fosters trust, understanding, and unconditional care.

This challenging yet rewarding role involves providing personal care, medication administration, and assisting with daily activities, hobbies, and outings. You'll work closely with our residents to develop individualized care plans, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.

In addition to your clinical duties, you'll have the opportunity to participate in Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) initiatives, working collaboratively with our Clinical Lead and Senior Practitioner to develop and maintain interventions aimed at reducing challenging behaviours.

As a valued member of our team, you'll benefit from comprehensive training, including the Adult Care Worker Level 2 and Lead Adult Care Worker Level 3 qualifications. Enjoy a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, inclusive of a 48-hour contract, and a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, sick pay, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
