We're looking for an exceptional Support Worker Lead to join our dynamic team at Bramerton. As a key member of our care staff, you'll play a vital role in delivering person-centered care to our residents with learning disabilities and complex needs.

With a focus on building strong relationships and promoting independence, this role requires a caring and compassionate individual who can provide guidance and support to colleagues. You'll work closely with our Clinical Lead and Senior Practitioner to develop and implement care plans, ensuring our residents receive the highest standard of care.

As a Support Worker Lead, you'll also contribute to PBS initiatives, collaborating with our team to develop and maintain interventions aimed at reducing challenging behaviors. You'll enjoy a competitive salary of £52,000 per annum, inclusive of a 48-hour contract, and a range of benefits, including holiday entitlement, sick pay, and an Employee Assistance Programme.
