Special Needs Education Support Worker Role
We are recruiting a dedicated SEN educational support worker to join our school team, providing support to children aged 4-16 years with primary diagnosis of Autism.
Main Responsibilities:- To support teaching staff in developing and implementing personalized learning plans for students with complex needs.
- Enhanced DBS check
- Previous experience working in a social care or education environment
- Ability to work with children with complex needs from the age of 3+
- A supportive school environment with highly skilled teaching staff
