Job Description:

As a Support Worker for Secondary Education, you will play a vital role in supporting teachers and enhancing the learning experience for secondary school students with Special Educational Needs. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with students, teachers, and parents. You will be responsible for providing one-on-one or small group support to students, adapting teaching materials to meet individual learning needs, and managing classroom behavior. Additionally, you will assist in assessing student progress and ensuring that students with SEN receive the tailored support they require.

Key Responsibilities:

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
