We have seven SEN Schools across the UK, working together to provide a tailored, varied, and appropriate education for each pupil. Our commitment to professional development ensures our staff are equipped to meet the complex needs of our pupils.
Job Description- As an Academic SEN Tutor, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality lessons within the national curriculum, meeting the complex ASC & SEMH needs of all pupils.
- You will support the class team in facilitating learning opportunities and promoting positive behaviors.
- Reporting on pupils' progress and concerns, and liaising with other School staff to ensure pupils' needs are met.
- Supervision of pupils during non-classroom time, including extra-curricular activities and school trips.
- Building positive relationships with your pupils and driving interaction and positive learning outcomes.
**Requirements**
- A qualified teacher status (QTS)
- Previous successful teaching experience
- Some previous experience of working with pupils with SEND within an Educational setting
- Experience of behavior management and techniques
- Committed to professional development and willing to learn
- Will be required to undergo an Enhanced Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to commencing work

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000-£45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
