Job Description

The Senior Children's Residential Support Worker will be responsible for leading a team in providing therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 months experience in a child-centred, therapeutic environment and hold a Level 3 qualification in Caring for Children and Young People (or equivalent). A full UK driving license is also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain comprehensive records, including event logs, progress reports, and care plans.
  • Support the Service Manager in ensuring efficient day-to-day management and high-quality care.
  • Lead a team in providing therapeutic care, addressing the unique needs of each child.
