We are looking for a skilled and empathetic Personal Support Worker to join our team in Maidenhead. As a valued member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

The successful candidate will work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, and will be rewarded with a competitive hourly rate of £13-£15, plus a 40p per mile allowance.

We offer a range of benefits, including guaranteed hours after completion of the probation period, paid holiday, paid mileage, loyalty awards, refer a friend bonus, QCF support, and paid care certificate training.

As a Personal Support Worker, your responsibilities will include:

  • Providing personalized care and support to our clients
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as toileting and dressing
  • Preparing healthy meals and snacks
  • Engaging in activities and providing companionship
  • Administering medication (if applicable)

You will need excellent communication skills and the ability to work autonomously. A reliable car for work use is also essential.

No prior experience is necessary, as we provide a comprehensive skills assessment program to support you in this role.
