Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team in Maidenhead. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing individualized support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being, and developing positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues.

Responsibilities and Requirements:
* Provide individualized support to service users, promoting their independence and well-being
* Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and toileting
* Encourage and facilitate social interaction, outings, and activities
* Develop and maintain positive relationships with service users, families, and colleagues
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
