Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Specialist to join our team at Choice Care.

As a Care Specialist, you will provide high-quality care and support to individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health conditions in our residential settings.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for delivering exceptional care and making a positive impact on the lives of our residents. You will work closely with our management team to ensure that our residents receive the best possible care and support.

You will be responsible for providing personal care, administering medication, and assisting with daily activities, as well as developing and maintaining relationships with residents and their families.

We offer a competitive salary of £52 per hour, based on a 48-hour contract, which is in accordance with legal provisions for minimum wage differences based on age.

In addition to your salary, you will also receive benefits such as holiday entitlement, sick pay, and access to our Employee Assistance Programme.
