Therapeutic Support Worker

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our Berkshire Eating Disorders Service (BEDS) as a Community Occupational Therapist-part time.
This dynamic role offers a unique opportunity to work with a talented multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care to young people with eating disorders, including those with co-morbid neurodevelopmental diagnoses.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Conducting assessments and developing intervention plans for children and young people with eating disorders
- Delivering individual and group therapy sessions, including mental health interventions, and performing specialist OT assessments with various tools
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless care pathways and effective service delivery
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, dependent on experience, plus a range of benefits, including flexible working options, ongoing training and development opportunities, and access to a range of wellbeing resources.
