Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver high-quality care and support to clients, adapting to their unique needs and preferences.
  2. Collaborate with other care professionals, such as District Nurses and GPs, to ensure comprehensive care plans.
  3. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, monitoring progress and identifying areas for improvement.
What We're Looking For
  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in care work, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding.
  • A valid Driving Licence and reliable transportation, if necessary for client visits.
  • An active DBS check, reflecting your commitment to protecting vulnerable adults.
