Job Title: Senior Psychiatrist for Learning Disabilities

We are seeking an experienced Senior Psychiatrist to join our team in the Hillingdon CAMHS Learning Disabilities service. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing psychiatric consultation, assessment, and treatment to individuals with complex learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and management of the Learning Disability and neurodevelopmental disorder pathway within the Service Line.
  • Lead multidisciplinary assessments of autism spectrum disorder and other psychiatric disorders.
  • Liaise with pediatric colleagues to devise joint treatment plans for children with epilepsy or other long-term complex conditions.
  • Participate in the development of new models of service to improve delivery and outcome.
  • Collect and monitor clinical outcome data to assist delivery of KPIs.
