Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Senior Consultant Psychiatrist in Learning Disabilities. As a key member of our service, you will provide consultant leadership and oversight for various services, including inpatient care, recovery services, and community mental health services.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary teams to ensure that services are delivered safely and effectively, maintaining evidence-based practice and user-centred recovery principles. With a focus on risk management and individual recovery, you will work closely with patients and families to deliver tailored care plans.

Main Duties

  1. Ensure services work with care planning, risk management, and safeguarding policies.
  2. Provide education, supervision, and oversight for consultant MDT/triage meetings.
