About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Deel. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our customer base in the enterprise segment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute account plans to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and yearly revenue targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with C-Level decision makers and other stakeholders
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements

  • 4+ years of sales experience in the enterprise segment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful account plans
  • Strong relationships with C-Level decision makers and other stakeholders
  • Ability to stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
