Sales Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated New Business Acquisition Executive to join our team in Exeter. As a New Business Acquisition Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new business opportunities, building strong relationships with existing customers, and driving sales growth across our portfolio of brands.
Your role will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, working closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities, meeting with business owners and managers to discuss bespoke promotional branding, collaborating on how to make a campaign more visible and profitable, seizing multiple opportunities to win or grow clients' business through our brands, making phone calls to troubleshoot distribution challenges and finalise deals, and ensuring a robust internal and external communication strategy while fostering strong relationships with third-party contacts.
In return for your commitment, you will receive a competitive salary of approximately £45,000 per annum, company car and fuel card, iPad and iPhone, pension plan and share plan, industry-premier training and development, an excellent flexible benefits programme, and flexible benefits including ability to buy and sell annual leave, discounts scheme etc. You will also have access to fantastic management teams to help support your career path.
