Office Support Specialist

Crowd Creative is a thriving architecture studio in Norwich looking for a highly skilled and versatile Office Support Specialist. This exciting role involves providing exceptional administrative support to the studio, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record in an office-based environment, possessing excellent organisational skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and strong communication skills. They will also be able to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information, and work effectively under pressure.
Main Responsibilities:
- Providing administrative support to the studio team
- Maintaining accurate records and databases
- Assisting with project administration, including preparation of documents and presentations
- Managing front of house duties, including welcoming clients and guests
- Supporting the Studio Manager with various tasks and projects
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an office-based role, preferably in the architecture or construction industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Salary Estimate: £27,000 - £32,000 per annum, depending on experience.
