We are seeking a highly skilled Helpdesk Support Analyst to join our team at MCS Group. As a Helpdesk Support Analyst, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our manufacturing client in Lurgan, utilizing your expertise to resolve technical issues efficiently.

You will work closely with the global service desk to ensure timely resolution of support queries, using your problem-solving skills to resolve complex problems. Your responsibilities will include providing first and second-line technical support, troubleshooting software and hardware issues, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to resolve technical challenges.

This is an on-site role, offering a great work-life balance with an early finish on Fridays. You will have the opportunity to work as part of a close-knit team of IT professionals, gaining valuable experience in the manufacturing sector.

The Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line technical support for multiple sites in NI.
  • Solve technical issues for employees, covering various software and hardware systems.
  • Work with the global service desk to ensure timely resolution of support queries.

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum (pro rata / DOE) for this 6-month FTC position.
