Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Helpdesk Expert to join our team at the CME Group. The successful candidate will provide exceptional technical support to internal employees via phone calls, resolving complex issues and escalating when necessary.

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A shift pattern of 7am - 4pm provides excellent opportunities for work-life balance.

The estimated annual salary for this position is $70,000-$90,000, commensurate with experience.
