As Sales Manager, you will develop a commercial plan that interprets business objectives and maps out strategies to support the hotel's positioning. You will work closely with the hotel General Manager, Sales Effectiveness Director, and Revenue team to align and devise strategies to retain and grow the business.
You will be based at Mercure York Faifield Manor and cover Mercure Leeds Parkway, working as part of a small but passionate team. Your experience in a Sales Manager capacity, preferably in the hospitality industry, will enable you to discuss business performance and make informed decisions at a senior level.
This is a highly collaborative role, requiring you to work closely with the senior management team on-property and upskill the team to maximize revenue at every opportunity.
