Job Description: Colorectal Nursing Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced nurse practitioner to lead our colorectal nursing team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. The successful candidate will have a strong track record of delivering exceptional patient care, developing and implementing clinical policies, and mentoring junior staff members.

Key responsibilities include assessing health and psychological needs of individual patients, providing care to meet these needs, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve excellent patient outcomes. This role also involves accurately documenting and reporting to other members of the nursing team and multidisciplinary team information regarding the care given to patients.

A salary of £42,000 - £52,000 per annum is available for this position, depending on experience.
