Nurse in Colorectal Care Team

The Colorectal Nursing Team at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced Nurse in Stoma Care to join our team. As a member of this team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality stoma care to patients across all OUH sites, including community clinics and home visits.
Your key responsibilities will include being a defined point of contact for patients/carers, providing clinical care, specialist nursing advice and psychological support, assessing health and psychological needs of individual patients, and developing individualised plans of care based on a person-centred model.
To succeed in this role, you will require a registered nurse qualification, relevant experience in a related area, up-to-date knowledge of nursing practice, good interpersonal, organisational and management skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in stoma care, working with a highly skilled and dedicated team. We offer a competitive salary of £47,500 per annum, depending on experience.
