Deputy Nurse Home Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nurse Home Manager to join our team at Home La Colline Reconvilier.
Key Responsibilities:- Plan and organise the day-to-day clinical management of the Nursing Home, ensuring high-quality care for residents.
- Effectively manage time and prioritise tasks to meet the needs of the Nursing Home.
- Lead and delegate tasks to a team, promoting a positive and supportive work environment.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff to ensure their needs are met.
- Oversee the assessment and care planning process for all residents, ensuring person-centred care principles are upheld.
- Develop and implement individualised care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
- Ensure all staff are registered and have the necessary qualifications to provide high-quality care.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure the Nursing Home operates efficiently and effectively.
- 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays.
- Paid sickness absence (1 month full paid and 2 months half pay in first year), increasing with length of service.
