Deputy Nurse Home Manager

We are seeking an experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Home La Colline Reconvilier, where we pride ourselves on providing high-quality care and a warm, welcoming environment for our residents.
Key Responsibilities- Clinical Management: Plan and organise the day-to-day clinical management of the Nursing Home, ensuring the highest standards of care and resident satisfaction.
- Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrate strong leadership and delegation skills to manage a team of healthcare professionals, promoting a culture of excellence and collaboration.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and staff, ensuring open and transparent communication.
- Care Planning and Assessment: Oversee the assessment and care planning process for all residents, ensuring individualized, accurate, and up-to-date care plans.
- Person-Centred Care: Demonstrate knowledge of person-centred care principles and practices, promoting a culture of respect and dignity for all residents.
- Registration and Qualifications: Hold a valid Registered Nurse qualification and NMC registration, with proven experience in a nursing home or similar setting.
- Competitive Salary: £51,567 per annum.
- Annual Leave and Sickness Absence: 26 days annual leave, plus bank holidays, and paid sickness absence (1 month full paid and 2 months half pay in first year), increasing with length of service.
