Deputy Nurse Home Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Deputy Nursing Home Manager to join our team at Home La Colline Reconvilier. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day clinical management of our nursing home, ensuring the highest standards of care and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:- Leadership and Management: Provide effective leadership and management to a team of nursing staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and support to deliver high-quality care.
- Clinical Governance: Oversee the assessment and care planning process for all residents, ensuring that their individual needs are met and that care is delivered in accordance with best practice.
- Operational Management: Manage the day-to-day operations of the nursing home, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
- Communication and Collaboration: Develop and maintain effective relationships with residents, families, and other stakeholders, ensuring that their needs are met and that they are informed about care and services.
- Competitive Salary: £51,567 per annum.
