Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement evidence-based individualized care packages, therapeutic interventions, and activity programs.
  • Lead and supervise support and nursing teams to deliver exceptional person-centered care.
  • Communicate effectively with service users, their families, and colleagues, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and working relationship skills.
  • Assist service users with mobility or continence needs, using appropriate aids and equipment.
  • Ensure personal hygiene needs are met, including washing, dressing, bathing, and using the toilet.
  • Maintain a safe environment for service users and colleagues, adhering to health and safety protocols.
Requirements
  • QCF Level 3 or above
  • Previous experience as a Deputy Manager
  • Experience supporting the elderly
  • Strong knowledge of person-centered care
