Youth Support Professional

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Youth Support Professional to join our team at Academics Ltd.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and young people with challenging behaviour, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health (SEMH) needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with, motivate, and inspire young people to achieve their full potential.
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement effective strategies for supporting students with SEMH needs.
- Provide individualized support to students, including behavioral interventions and emotional support.
Working in schools across Staffordshire, Cheshire, Stoke on Trent, and Newcastle under Lyme, this role will involve part teaching classroom support and working with students to develop their skills and confidence.
